(SNM GIST)NIGERIAN AFRO BEAT LEGEND FEMI KUTI GETS HIS 4TH GRAMMY NOMINATION

 

Femi Kuti has been nominated  again for the grammy award, this is the fourth time he is been nominated for the grammy though he never emerged as winner in any of these nominations.
Some time last year, Femi Kuti vowed never to attend the grammy award again but no one knows if he will still keep to his word and turn down the invitation to this year's grammy award performance or withdraw his previous statement and proceed to the grammy.
  His 2013 album 'No Place For My Dream' was nominated in the Best World Music Album Category alongside French group Gipsy Kings, South African group Ladysmith Black Mambazo and Indian singer Ravi Shanka.
