OWUDA Williams Itopa,aka 9tro hales from Okene in Kogi State. He was born in Ibadan and currently stay in Ibadan. '9tro' Kicked off his rapping career as early as 12 Years Old when he recorded his first track titled "È JÉ KÌN JAYÈ" which was produced by the ExtraOrdinaire Producer and a Singer stage named 'Lathamix'

A year later in 2009 with a new name '9tro' which he reasoned to when he was playing a racing Game on a PSP Device (He was formerly Wizzy) He released the track titled KOLO

After then he came up with a Freestyle titled LOWKEY FREESTYLE

The Badman 9tro has recorded a Hit Banger Again which he Featured Mayorshef [@Mayorshef] andW.B[@iam_WB]
